Fun, hole in the wall pizza by the slice restaurant. All of the slices were very large and came out fresh and cooked perfectly from the oven. We tried The Meats, Mushroom, and Pepperoni & Jalapeño deep-dish. Crust was flavorful and toppings were fresh.
Really good NY style pizza. Not a lot of options and no chicken on the menu at all, not even with the sandwiches. But overall, good food!
It was Pizza. Nothing too stellar. A little too dry. Little to no sauce on any of it. The slices were big! But for $7.00 a piece. It seems to be more like a stop for locals on lunch than a place I would want to return at each visit.
A real find! Great pizzas at reasonable prices, especially for downtown Chicago area. Limited seating, so it works well for takeout back to your hotel room.
As someone who was born and raised in Pennsylvania my whole life, I absolutely LOVE New York style pizza, it's the pizza I am familiar with, it is the pizza I crave, and it is the pizza I am fond of. Anything else is unacceptable. That being said, the Dough Bros brought me joy and happiness with their Pizza, and I enjoyed the familiar giant slices that take up the whole plate. This pizza was very good, my only complaint is that since we stopped in and I was only with one other person, we only got slices instead of a whole Pizza, so it wasn't as delicious as I believe it would be if you order a whole pie. I highly recommend it though, I truly do. It had a good taste and a great crust. If you are in the area, casually walking by or looking for a place to eat, give them a try. Delicious
